Vande Infratech Private Limited

Our office is way up on the sixth floor of the World Trade Park in Jaipur. It’s in Tower A, room A-621. Being in Malviya Nagar means we see a lot of traffic and people every day. Vande Infratech is basically a group of us who handle infrastructure projects. It sounds big, but it’s mostly just hard work and a lot of meetings. We spend a lot of time on JLN Marg moving between different sites. Jaipur is growing fast, and there is always something new being built. We try to keep up with it all. The views from the office are nice, but we aren't there just to look out the window. There are always blueprints to check or phone calls to make to engineers. It can get pretty stressful when deadlines are close. We use regular tools and simple methods that we know work. We don't use a lot of corporate talk because it doesn't help get a bridge or a road finished any faster. Most of the guys here have been working in construction for years. We've seen how the city has changed from the 6th floor here. It’s a lot of responsibility. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or the rain stopping a pour, but we just deal with it as it comes. That’s just the nature of this kind of business in Rajasthan. We just keep our heads down and work.
