Vaishali Metals Pvt. Ltd. has its home at G-485, Road No. 9A, which is right in the heart of the V.K.I. Area. If you’ve ever walked around an industrial zone like this, you know it’s full of trucks, noise, and the smell of metal and grease. Our building is a large shed where most of the work happens, with a tiny office tucked away in the front. It’s usually pretty loud in there because of the machinery running just outside the door, but we don’t mind it much anymore. We spend our time managing the metal stock and making sure the orders are cut and ready for the morning deliveries. The desks in the office are always covered in oily fingerprints and stacks of delivery notes. It’s a tough environment, especially when it gets hot in the summer and the metal starts to radiate heat. We aren't the type of people to wear suits or have long meetings. Most of our discussions happen while standing on the shop floor or over a quick cup of tea in the break area. We’ve been here for many years and have seen a lot of changes in the V.K.I. Area, but we just keep doing what we do best. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours, but there’s a good sense of accomplishment when a big shipment finally pulls out of the gate.
