Vaari Developers Pvt Ltd is over at B 13 in the Harmada area, specifically near Vijay Nagar Central Spine. This part of the city has been growing quite a bit lately, so there is always some construction or new road work happening nearby. Our office is a simple setup where we keep the plans for the local developments. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but being near the Central Spine makes it a central spot for the work we do. There’s usually some dust on the windows from the wind blowing across the open plots, but we don’t pay it much mind. We spend the morning hours talking to the crews and the afternoon hours dealing with the city permits and paperwork. The desk is usually covered in site maps and stacks of brick samples or tile pieces. We have a small kettle for making tea, which is pretty much essential when we are staying late to finish up a project plan. It isn't a fancy showroom with lights and models; it’s more of a working office where we get things built. People from Vijay Nagar often stop by to ask about the new buildings going up. We just give them the basic details and get back to the drawings. It is a lot of hard work and making sure the supplies arrive on time.
