URUDAAN CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Urudaan Construction Private Limited is based out of a shop in Ramsinghpura, specifically at Rampura Bhankrota. We are in Shop number 01 of the A Block, right near those Khasra numbers 107 to 112. It is a small space, but it’s enough for what we need. When you are in the construction business, you don't really need a palace for an office. Most of our work happens out where the actual building is going on. The shop is more of a place where we meet to look at blueprints, drink tea, and settle the accounts. It can get a bit crowded when the site supervisors and the contractors all show up at the same time to get their instructions. Bhankrota has changed a lot lately with more people moving in, so there is always a lot of activity around the shop. We like being right in the middle of it. The walls are covered with some old calendars and a few maps of the local plots. It’s not a fancy environment, but it feels like home to us. We’ve got a couple of motorbikes parked outside most of the time because we are always running back and forth to different sites. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the projects we started without any unnecessary delays. There is always some noise from the street outside, but we just get on with things without complaining much.
