UNNATII REAL SQUARE PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Golyawas, specifically at Khasra N-59. If you know the Jaipur area, you know that Golyawas has its own pace. It’s a bit different from the crowded city center. Our office is a straightforward setup where we handle all our real estate work. We spend a good chunk of our time dealing with land details and square footage. The roads around here can be a little rough and dusty, but that’s just how it is in this part of Rajasthan. We have a few desks and a big table where we spread out maps and documents. It is mostly just us working through the daily grind. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. It’s more about sitting down and getting through the pile of work on the desk. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to see how things are looking on the ground. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know where to find us if they need to talk about property. It is a simple life of managing projects and making sure things are moving forward. We don't use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned hard work and keeping track of everything. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoon which is nice, though it can get warm. We just keep the fans running and stay busy until it's time to head home.
