Universal Journeys

We are located over at Bagaru S/G/S 14 in Nehru Place. It's a busy part of town, and our office is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. We’ve been running Universal Journeys from this spot for some time now. Most days it is just us sitting around the computers, checking on bus timings or trying to fix a booking that got stuck in the system. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, old files, and a few maps pinned to the walls that have seen better days. We don’t do big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them we helped them out before. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fan running full speed. Sometimes my cousin drops by with snacks, and we take a short break. It's not a corporate setup with suits and fancy meetings. It is more about making sure the paperwork is right and the driver knows where to pick up the guests. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to hotels or trying to find a better price for a flight. It can be a bit chaotic when three people walk in at once, but we manage. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day. That is how we operate here in Nehru Place.
