Amer Road can be busy with tourists most of the year. Govind Nagar East is a bit further in, and that is where we are located. We are at Plot No. 101-C. It’s a construction business, so there are always boots and hard hats lying around the office floor. Tvarita Constructions And Builders Private Limited started because we knew this area well. Dushera Kothi is a local landmark people usually recognize when they are looking for our building. Most mornings start with a lot of tea and looking at site reports from the previous day. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the files and meet with the crew. Amer Road gets really crowded in the afternoons, so we try to get our site visits done early. It’s a lot of coordination between the workers and the suppliers. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or the trucks being late, but that’s just how the building trade works. We have been in this spot for a bit, and the neighbors are used to us coming and going at odd hours. It’s a practical business, really. We don’t spend much on decor or fancy signs. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of talk about cement and steel. We’ve got a good view of the street from the kothi area. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood.
