Our office is on the ground floor of Ganpati Plaza, specifically at unit number 57. Being on MI Road means there is always something going on outside our windows. We are quite close to the Govt Hostel, which is a landmark everyone knows. We spend our time here dealing with travel plans. It is a straightforward setup with computers and plenty of files. We aren't into the whole high-pressure sales thing. We just sit down and look at the options for whatever journey someone is planning. Sometimes the plaza gets really crowded on the weekends, but inside it stays mostly focused. We have a few desks and a place for people to sit while we check on flights or hotels. It’s a lot of looking at screens and making calls. We’ve been in this spot for years and seen the shops around us change. We like the convenience of being on the ground floor. It makes it easy for people to just wander in. We aren't a massive chain with thousands of employees. We are just a local team that knows the travel industry. We deal with the details so the travelers don't have to worry as much. It is just daily work for us, keeping things moving and making sure the bookings are correct. We try to keep it simple and avoid all the complicated corporate talk.
