We’ve been here at Silver Square Mall for a while now. It’s on the first floor, right by Paanch Batti on MI Road. If you know Jaipur, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is tucked away in the corner. Most days it’s just us handling papers and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the mall gets loud, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of different things under the Tristar name. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and some files stacked up. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it’s a bit of a mess when we’re busy. My desk is near the window where you can see the traffic downstairs. It’s a lot of work making sure everything goes where it’s supposed to go. We started out small and stayed that way, which makes it easier to keep track of what’s happening. People come by to drop off documents or just to ask questions. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or anything, just a kettle and some biscuits. It’s a practical spot to work from. The mall guards know us by name. It’s just how we do things here. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the details are right. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we’re still here at 117. It works for us.
