You can find us at Trinity Buildfarms Llp in units F 301 and 303 over at Maharaja Kishan Singh Nagar. It’s a decent area of Jaipur and we’ve been here for a while now. We mostly focus on buildfarms, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about land that’s a bit outside the crowded city parts. Our office isn't very large, but it’s got enough room for the team to sit and discuss things. We aren't big on corporate meetings; we usually just talk across the desks while we work. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on the numbers or the legal documents for the land. We get all kinds of people coming in to ask about property. Some know exactly what they want, and others are just looking around. We try to give everyone a straight answer without any fluff. It’s not always easy work because land deals can get complicated with all the different rules in Jaipur. We just take it one step at a time. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some forms, and other days we leave a bit early if the heat is too much. It’s a local business run by regular people who just want to do a good job and go home. We don’t use any special tricks, just our experience and a bit of common sense.
