Our small office for Tour And Travels Jaipur is on Tonk Road, at C-29, which is a very busy part of Jaipur. Working here means we see a lot of people passing by every single day. The office is right there on the main stretch, so it’s easy to find but it can also be very noisy with all the horns. We have a small team of people who handle the bookings and talk to the drivers. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best way to get people from one place to another. Tonk Road always has traffic, so we spend a lot of time explaining delays to people. Our office at C-29 isn't very large. It’s just enough room for our desks and a small place for guests to wait. We don't really have a fancy website or anything, we just rely on people coming in. We do a lot of local trips and some longer ones too. It is mostly about keeping the cars running and the drivers happy. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a late train, and we just have to deal with it as it happens. We aren't some big travel agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here on Tonk Road doing our best to keep things moving. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we like being in the middle of the city where everything happens.
