The Oberoi Group

Our office is in Flat 302 at Shree Apartments. It’s on Dayanand Marg in Tilak Nagar, Jaipur. If you know the area, it’s a fairly central part of town but the apartment building itself is quiet enough. We don't have a big hotel lobby here or anything like that. This is where the Oberoi Group handles some of its regional paperwork and local coordination. It’s basically just a regular flat converted into a workspace. We have files everywhere and a few desks shoved into the rooms. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most days are spent on the phone or responding to emails. The balcony looks out over the street, which is nice when you need a break from the computer. We aren't open to the public for walk-ins really, as it’s mostly just administrative tasks happening here. Tilak Nagar is a good spot because we are close to everything we need in Jaipur. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We’ve been at this C-147 address for some time now. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. No fancy uniforms here, just plain clothes and a lot of lists to get through before the day ends. We just get on with it.
