Tgen Fabstruction is located right on the Gopalpura Bypass in Jaipur. Specifically, we’re at 102 Shree Puram. If you’ve ever driven down the bypass, you know how hectic it can get with all the trucks and cars zooming by. That energy kind of carries over into our office. We do a mix of fabrication and construction work, hence the name. It’s a lot of steel, welding, and getting things to fit together right. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the computer and the files dry. We spend most of our time out where the actual building is happening. Rajasthan is a tough place for construction because of the heat, so we have to plan our days carefully. We aren't the type of people to use big marketing words. We just talk like normal people and get the job done. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always fix them. That’s how you learn in this business. Shree Puram is a good landmark for us, and being near the bypass helps with moving materials around. There are usually three or four of us sitting around the main table discussing the next fabrication job. We don’t have a boss in a suit; we all just pitch in where we can. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We're just people who like to see a project through.
