Taruchaya Colonizers Private Limited is located over at D-701, Somdatts Landmarkhawa Sadak. Being in Civil Lines means we are right in the middle of things, which is handy. We deal with land and colonization projects, mostly focusing on how to lay out spaces for people to live. It’s not always easy work. There is a lot of back and forth with the city and checking boundaries. Our office isn't anything too crazy, just a workspace where we figure things out. We’ve been at this for a while now. Some of us grew up around here, so we know the roads and the history of the plots. It helps when someone asks a specific question about a piece of land. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick. People stop by the office to check on their paperwork or just to see how the latest project is coming along. We keep our files organized, or we try to anyway. Sometimes the desk gets buried under blueprints. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish what we started at Somdatts Landmark. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We like it that way. It's just a few of us here doing the best we can every single day for the local folks.
