Tarachand Mall & City Llp

Our office for Tarachand Mall & City Llp is located in Jiwan Bima Nagar. We are up on the third floor of Block A, right near the LIC building on Sevoke Road. It's a busy part of town, which makes sense for what we do. We spend our days working on plans for shopping areas and city developments. It’s a lot of meetings and looking at maps of the local area. Sevoke Road is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a chore some mornings. Once we’re inside, it’s mostly just us working through the logistics of these large projects. It isn't just about the buildings; it's about how people will move through them. We have a lot of large printed rolls of paper scattered around. Sometimes the printer acts up right when we need it, which is frustrating. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group trying to put together projects that fit the city. We have some good connections with the contractors around here. Most of our work happens behind the scenes, long before any ground is actually broken. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. The view from the third floor is alright, you can see the traffic moving along Sevoke Road. We’ve been based here for a bit and it feels like home now. It’s a practical space for practical work. We stay quite busy.
