Tanvi Tools Corp

The area around the Jaipur GPO is always bustling. We are at D-4, and Tanvi Tools Corp is basically what it says on the sign. We deal with tools. Heavy ones, small ones, things you use for building or fixing stuff. The air in the shop smells like packed cardboard and metal. We get shipments in and send things out. Being near the GPO makes the shipping part a bit easier, though the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. There are piles of wrenches, hammers, and specialized equipment that most people wouldn't recognize. We spend the day checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It is a lot of lifting and moving boxes. My back usually aches by the end of the week. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. It is more of a warehouse feel where function comes before how things look. People come to us because they need a specific tool for a specific job. We find it for them. Sometimes we have to dig through the shelves to find that one piece that hasn't been asked for in months. It is quiet in the mornings before the rest of the city wakes up, and that is when we do the most work. By the time the sun is high, it is just a cycle of customers and deliveries. We like it that way.
