Our shop, Agarwal Hardware & Tools Store, is tucked away in Tripoliya Bazar, specifically on Nataniyon Ka Rasta. If you know the bazaar, you know it's always crowded and full of life. It’s one of those parts of town where you can find almost anything if you look hard enough. We’ve got shelves piled high with all kinds of hardware and hand tools. It might look a bit disorganized to someone walking in for the first time, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. From basic hammers to specific wrenches and bits, we try to keep a bit of everything in stock. The street outside is narrow, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze getting things delivered, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We spend most of our time chatting with locals and regulars who need a specific bolt or a new set of pliers for a job at home or on a site. We don't have any big corporate offices or anything like that. It’s just us here in the middle of the market. Sometimes the dust gets in from the street, and it’s noisy with all the shops nearby, but that’s the charm of being in Tripoliya Bazar. We just keep our heads down and help out whoever walks through the door looking for hardware. It’s a simple way to run a business. We don't use fancy computers for every little thing; we mostly just rely on our memory of where the stock is.
