We run Bharat Tool'S out of a spot at 17 Heerapura, Laxmi Vihare. You have to go behind the H I A area on Ajmer Road to find us. It’s a bit tucked away, but once you know the way, it’s not too bad. The shop is basically a big room full of tools and hardware. We don't have fancy displays or air conditioning that works all the time. It's just a place for people who need to get work done. We spend our days sorting through stock and helping customers who come in with a broken part or a new project. Ajmer Road is always busy, so we hear the traffic all day. We’ve been here in Laxmi Vihare for quite some time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different people behind the counter depending on the day. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our regulars found us because they were working nearby and needed a specific wrench or drill bit. We keep things pretty informal around here. If the shop looks a bit cluttered, it’s because we are always moving things around to find space for new arrivals. It's just an honest local business trying to keep the right tools in stock for the neighborhood. No frills, no corporate nonsense. Just us and a lot of steel and parts at number 17.
