We are located at Lalkothi 207. It is a small office, but it is the place where all the planning for Swet Kamal Tours happens every day. We have been here in Lalkothi for a long time now. It is a central spot in the city, which makes it very convenient for us to get around and for people to visit. We do not have a lot of employees. It is just a small group of us who have learned the travel business over many years. We spend our days booking cars and making sure people have a decent place to stay when they go on a trip. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks or try to sound more important than we are. If you walk into our office, you will see some old computers and stacks of paper, because that is how we work. We put in the effort to make sure every little detail is right. Traveling can be very stressful for some people, so we try to take that part away by handling the logistics. We know the local routes very well. Sometimes we have to stay late in the office to make sure a booking actually goes through. It is just part of what we do. We prefer talking to people face-to-face rather than just sending emails. Lalkothi is a busy area, but we have our own way of doing things here.
