Our place, Sweekar Landmark Private Limited, is at 108, Roop Nagar Main Paota C-Road in Jodhpur. If you know Jodhpur, you know Paota C-Road is a pretty busy area with a lot of movement. We deal with land and landmarks, hence the name. It’s a simple private limited company run by people who grew up around here. Our office is right there on the main road, so it’s easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes during the afternoon rush. We have a couple of rooms where we keep all the property documents and maps. It’s not a high-tech office with glass walls, just a regular building with some wooden desks and old fans. We spend a lot of time talking to people about land and explaining the local rules. Jodhpur is growing fast, so there is always something to do. We don’t use big words or try to act like we are some giant firm from the capital. We are just a local team trying to keep things moving. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how the city is changing. It’s a relaxed atmosphere but we do make sure the work gets finished. If you're passing by Paota, you'll see our sign. We've been here a while and plan to stay for many more years.
