Superyatraonlinepvtltd is the name of our setup on Data Ramgarh Road. We are specifically located near the Old Kachahari in a lane called Bhairunji Ki Gali. Don't let the long name fool you; we are just a local bunch of people working in a very traditional part of town. The area around the Old Kachahari is always buzzing with activity, mostly people dealing with government work or legal matters. Our office is tucked away in the alley, so it stays a bit quieter than the main road. The building is old, with thick walls and narrow stairs. We have a few computers set up to handle the online part of the travel business, but the atmosphere is anything but corporate. There is usually a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. We spend a lot of time looking at screens, but we still prefer talking to people face to face when they come into the gali. It can be a bit hard to find us the first time, but once you know where Bhairunji Ki Gali is, it’s easy to navigate. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy reception desk. It’s just a practical workspace where we try to get the bookings done correctly. The internet can be slow sometimes, which is frustrating, but we manage to get the work done eventually. It’s a bit messy with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is kept.
