Sunil Buildhome is situated at Hathroi Market, which is just off Ajmer Road in Jaipur. Our office is in the 1-3 section of the market. It’s an older part of town, so it gets quite crowded with shoppers and traffic, especially in the evenings. We focus on building homes and residential projects around the city. Most of our time is spent talking to people about what they want their house to look like and then trying to make that happen within their budget. It’s a lot of back and forth. We have a small group of workers we’ve known for years. Working on Ajmer Road means we are centrally located, which is handy for getting to different parts of Jaipur. Our office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with samples of tiles and paint charts. We don't do anything too fancy, just solid construction work. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or we have trouble getting the right materials, but we always find a way to keep moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Rajasthan; we just want to do good work for the people who hire us. It is a practical business run by people who live right here in the community. Every day brings a new set of problems to solve, but that’s just the nature of buildhomes and construction in general. We just take it as it comes and hope the clients are happy with the walls we put up.
