We are located at 512, 9-A in the Vki Area. If you know the industrial zone here, you know it is all about factories and heavy trucks. Our place is no different. We deal with industrial diamond products. These are not the kind of diamonds you find in a jewelry store. They are tough, gritty tools used for cutting through stone and hard metal. The shop is always a bit dusty because of the grinding work we do. We have fans running all day but the dust still finds its way into every corner. It is a loud environment with the sound of machines humming from morning until we lock up at night. We don't have any marketing people or a polished sales team. Usually, when the phone rings, it is one of us coming off a machine to answer it. We have been in this spot for several years and have gotten to know the other business owners nearby. We often share a tea at the local stall down the road. Our work is very specific and we just focus on getting the specifications right for each order. There is no room for mistakes when you are dealing with industrial tools. The office part of our shop is just a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We keep things basic and honest. It is just about making sure the products work like they are supposed to.
