Up at Road Number 9 A in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area, specifically the Harmada side, you’ll find us at 512. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but this is where the real industrial work happens. We handle diamond products for industrial use. It’s a tough business because the stuff we sell has to be able to grind down through really hard materials. The shop floor is mostly concrete and we have heavy metal shelving to hold the stock. It’s often quite dusty because of all the stone work happening nearby. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations. The walls are plain, and the most important thing is the inventory. We have a small area in the front where we talk to customers, usually over a cup of hot tea. Dealing with diamond tools means you have to be precise, so we spend time double-checking orders. It can get pretty loud with the trucks passing by on Road 9 A, and the sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons. We’ve got a small staff, mostly guys who have been in the trade for a long time. They know how to handle the equipment properly. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just provide the tools that the heavy industry around here depends on. It’s straightforward, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday all the way through to Saturday.
