Up on the floors of Agrasan Towers is where you’ll find Sterling Vacations Pvt Lltd. We are at S 13 in the Central Spine area of Vidhyadhar Nagar. It’s a pretty lively spot with lots of shops and offices around us. We aren't one of those massive travel companies you see on TV. It’s just a few of us here. We spend our time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people. The office is a bit cramped because we have piles of brochures and files everywhere. We tried to organize it last month but it didn't last long. People walk in from the street to ask about trips, and we usually have to move some papers so they can sit down. Vidhyadhar Nagar is a good place to work. There are plenty of places to grab a quick tea or some snacks when we are busy. We’ve been at this for several years now. It’s mostly about dealing with the details that people don't want to handle themselves. We talk to hotels and check on bookings all day. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around, which is frustrating. We don't have a big marketing department. Most people find out about us because their neighbor or friend used us before. It’s a practical way to run things. We just try to be helpful and honest about what’s available.
