Steel Roll Bearings

Our shop is on Motilal Atal Road, right across from Hotel Natraj. It’s a handy landmark because otherwise, people might miss our door. We mostly deal with bearings and steel parts. The shelves are heavy with metal, and everything has a bit of oil on it to keep it from rusting. It’s a small space, so we have to stack things high. If you need a specific size, we usually have to go digging through the back or use a ladder to reach the top shelf. It’s a bit of a dusty job, and your hands stay dirty most of the day. We’ve been here for quite some time now. People who work with machines or have shops nearby are the ones who usually stop in. We don’t do much talking unless it’s about the parts someone needs. It’s a straightforward business. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down. Sometimes the street gets really crowded with people going to the hotel or the shops nearby. We just keep our heads down and handle the inventory. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a chat, but it's where you go when you need a specific part for a motor or a wheel. We just keep things moving along as best as we can. There is usually a layer of iron dust on the counter by the time we close up the shutters for the night.
