We started Ssbc Homes Llp and set up our main space at S 70A in the Siwar Area of Bapu Nagar. It is a decent neighborhood, mostly quiet compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to focus on home designs. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team working out of this spot in Bapu Nagar. Most of the time, our day involves talking to contractors or making sure the materials arrived where they were supposed to. Dealing with homes is a lot of work, and it’s usually more about solving problems than anything else. We don’t have a fancy marketing team writing things for us. This is just how we talk. We’ve spent many late nights at S 70A trying to get things right. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet goes slow, but we manage. Being in the Siwar Area is handy because we are close enough to the sites we manage but tucked away enough to actually get some paperwork done. We like the local vibe here. People walk by, they know who we are, and we know them. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just want to do our job, go home, and come back the next day to do it again. No bells or whistles, just real work in a real neighborhood for regular people like us.
