You can find SSBC BUILDTECH LLP over in Sodala, Jaipur. We are located in Flat No. L-401 on the 4th floor of the Mahima Elite building, right on New Sanganer Road. Being in Sodala means we are right in the middle of all the noise and traffic of the city. If you look out from the window, you can see the Swej Farm area and all the cars jammed up on the road below. It’s a busy spot to have an office, but it’s convenient for getting to different parts of Jaipur quickly. We work on a lot of urban projects, so we are often dealing with tight spaces and building codes. Our office is a bit crowded with samples of tiles, hardware, and rolls of drawings. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time on the phone coordinating with contractors and suppliers who are stuck in traffic. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks at once. We don't go in for fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just tell people what’s happening with their project and try to keep things moving. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, and we just have to deal with it. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city and the way business is done here.
