The SBBJ Bank is right near us, so that’s usually how people find the shop. It’s a small place, mostly just a desk and some chairs for when families come in to talk about their trips. We focus on pilgrimage travel, so a lot of older folks come through our door. They want to know about the buses and where they will stay when they go to the temples. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the transport offices on the main road. Shiv Nagar is a decent area, and having the bank nearby means there are always people walking past. We keep some pamphlets out on the table, but mostly we just talk to people. My nephew helps me with the booking entries on the computer when it's working right. The shop stays cool enough in the morning, but by the afternoon we usually have to turn on both fans. We try to keep things organized, but there are always stacks of paper everywhere. People come to us because we have been in Bagaru for a long time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, we just want to make sure the trips go okay.
