We are located at A 2 in Malviya Nagar, specifically within the Sikhar House Colony. Our office is a simple room where we spend most of the day looking at maps and checking train schedules. It is a bit tucked away, so it stays relatively peaceful, which is nice when we are trying to organize everything. We have posters of different temples and holy sites pinned to the walls. Some of them are a bit faded now, but they show the places people want to go. Often, older folks come in and sit with us for an hour just to talk about their travel plans. We offer them water and listen to their stories about past trips. It takes a lot of patience to get the dates right and make sure the buses are comfortable enough for long journeys. There’s always a stack of brochures on the table, though they get shuffled around a lot. My desk is usually covered in scraps of paper with phone numbers of guesthouses and priests from all over the country. We don't use fancy software; a big register and a pen usually do the job just fine. It feels good when a group comes back and tells us they had a peaceful time. We just keep things moving, one trip at a time, right here from our corner in Malviya Nagar. It is a slow, steady kind of life we have here.
