Spagia Estates Llp is right over at Plot No. F-2 by Amrapali Circle in Jaipur. If you’ve spent any time in this part of town, you know Amrapali Circle is a major landmark. It’s always got something going on. Our office is just a regular building where we handle our business every day. Being in the 302021 area of Rajasthan means we see a lot of local folks passing through. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a fancy lobby. We just have a functional space where we get things done. Some days are busier than others, especially when the traffic around the circle gets heavy. We just take it as it comes. It’s a simple operation with a small team. We spend our time checking on things, making calls, and keeping our records straight. We don’t use a lot of marketing talk because that’s not really who we are. We’re just people working in Jaipur, trying to do a good job. The heat can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a practical life here. We come in, do the work, and head home. We like being near the circle because it makes us feel like we’re part of the city’s pulse. There’s no need for anything fancy when the basics work just fine. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a map on the wall, and that’s about it for decor. We keep it simple.
