Sanjay Industries

Sanjay Industries is located at H-2192 in Phase-4 of the Sitapura Industrial Area. Being in Phase-4 means we are surrounded by all kinds of manufacturing plants. Our building is a standard industrial shed. It’s got high ceilings and a lot of floor space for our equipment. We spend the whole day on our feet mostly. The sound of metal hitting metal is something you hear from morning till night. We have been part of the Sitapura community for several years. It is a tough place to work because of the heat and the noise, but we are used to it by now. Our walls are painted a dull color, and they’ve got some stains from the work we do. We don't see any reason to change that. It is a place of work, not a showroom. We have a small crew and we all know what needs to be done. There is no corporate ladder here. Just the boss and the workers getting the orders out. The trucks come by in the evening to pick up whatever we have finished during the day. We usually have a bit of a mess on the floor by the end of the shift. Then we clean up and do it all again the next morning. It is a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't ask for much more than steady work.
