Cheer Sagar Exports

Our place is G- 171/173 in the Garment Zone of Epip Sitapura. It’s a big industrial area and can get quite dusty when the wind picks up. Cheer Sagar Exports has been operating out of these units for some time. Inside, there is always the sound of cutting tools and people moving boxes around. The heat in Sitapura during the summer is no joke, but we keep the fans going as much as we can while we work on the garments. We handle a lot of different pieces here. The morning starts with checking what came in the previous day and what needs to go out by evening. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting rolls and checking the stitching on various items. The floor is usually covered in bits of thread and fabric scraps by lunch. We try to keep things organized, but when we are in the middle of a big batch, it gets a bit messy. Everyone here knows their job, from the cutters to the people doing the final packing. We are right in the middle of the zone, so there are always trucks and tempos moving nearby. It’s an honest day's work in a busy part of town. We don't have much time for sitting around. Usually, we are just trying to make sure every box is filled correctly before the pickup truck arrives at the gate. It is a practical life here in the garment zone.
