Out in the Epip zone of Sitapura Industrial Area, you'll find us at G1-137. Apparel Craft Pvt. Ltd. is basically a big room full of sewing machines and rolls of fabric. It’s a lot of thread and needles everywhere. The humming of the machines is the main sound you hear all day. We have a lot of workers who are really good with their hands. They can stitch things faster than you can watch. We don't have a designer studio or anything like that. It’s a production floor. We get the patterns and we get to work. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just have to wait around until it comes back on. That’s just part of being in Sitapura. We have piles of fabric in different colors stacked up against the walls. It’s a bit dusty because of all the lint, so we have to sweep a lot. We’ve been doing this for years, and the routine hasn't changed much. We start in the morning, take a lunch break, and keep going until the light starts to fade. It’s not a fancy place to work, but we get the orders done. We don't spend money on marketing or big advertisements. Most people find us because they know someone who works here or they've seen our trucks. It's just a regular garment factory doing its daily business.
