Working out here in Sitapura at the G1-169-170 unit is different than being in the city. The industrial area is massive, and Tonk Road is always packed with people commuting. Nash Fashion India Ltd. has been at this Epip location for quite a bit. It’s a long building, and in the summer, the heat is really something else. We have the big fans running all day, but you still feel it. Most of the staff comes in by bus, and there’s a rush every morning at the gate. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. It’s a factory setting, so there’s the constant hum of machines and people shouting over the noise to be heard. We go through a lot of tea in the breakroom. The floor is concrete and hard on the feet, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the power cuts out and everything goes silent for a minute, which is actually kind of nice. We manage things as they come. There’s no big manual on how to do everything; we just learned by doing it. Some of the guys have been here since the start. We keep an eye on the quality because that’s the job, but we don't make a big fuss about it. It’s just work. We close up when the sun goes down and do it all again the next morning. It’s a long day, but we prefer staying busy over having nothing to do.
