Our place is at 13/290 Swarn Path in Mansarowar. Single Stop Building Solutions Privatelimited is a name that basically means we try to handle the different parts of a build so the owner doesn't have to call ten different people. It’s a lot of coordination. I spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between sites. Mansarowar is a big area and there’s always something being built or fixed up. We don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist. It’s more of a practical setup where we store some tools and go over the plans for the week. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe breaks or the tiles show up the wrong color, and we just have to fix it. That's the reality of this business. We aren't polished or slick. We just know how to put bricks together and get the plumbing sorted. The guys we work with have been around for years. We don't do much marketing because we’re usually too busy with the current project to think about the next one. It's honest work. If you walk down Swarn Path, you might see us loading up the gear. We take things one day at a time. It’s not always easy, especially when the sun is beating down, but seeing a house finally finished is a good feeling for everyone involved.
