Silvervision Colonizers & Developers is located right in the heart of the city at Shop No. 211, City Centre, on Sansar Chandra Road. This is one of the busiest parts of Jaipur, and being in the City Centre building means we are right in the middle of all the commercial activity. It’s a bit different from being in a residential colony; here, it’s all about shops, offices, and people rushing around. Sansar Chandra Road is always packed with traffic, and finding a parking spot can be a real challenge. Our shop, number 211, is a small space where we manage our colonizing and development work. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and blueprints we have lying around, but it works for us. We’ve been at this address for a while, and most people in the local real estate circle know the City Centre building. It’s not a flashy modern office with glass walls, just a regular shop that we’ve converted into our headquarters. We like being so central because it means we can get to any part of Jaipur relatively quickly, as long as we avoid the peak hour rush. The name Silvervision sounds a bit fancy, but we are just regular folks trying to make a living in the property market. There’s always a lot of noise from the street below, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s just the reality of doing business in a place like Sansar Chandra Road.
