Our place is out on Plot No. 328 on Road No. 3. It’s an industrial area, so you don’t get many walk-in customers or random people passing by. It is mostly just trucks and workers from the nearby units. Shurti Fashion Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while now. The building is solid and does the job, even if it’s a bit grey and plain. We have the machines running for most of the day, so there is always a steady hum in the background. It becomes like white noise after a while and you don't even notice it anymore. We keep the office part separate from the main floor so we can hear the phone. Most of our work involves checking the quality of what comes off the line and making sure the boxes are labeled right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We usually have a short break in the afternoon to sit outside when the weather is nice, though Road No. 3 can get quite dusty with all the construction and vehicles nearby. We just focus on getting the work done and getting home to our families at the end of the day. There isn't any drama here, just a lot of steady effort to keep things moving. We’ve grown used to the pace of this industrial zone over the years and it suits how we work.
