SHUBHANKAR BUILDCON LLP

We are located at 1309 Gopal Ji Ka Rasta, which is right in the Johari Bazar area of Jaipur. Shubhankar Buildcon is our small firm, and being in such an old part of the city means we are surrounded by history every day. The streets here are narrow and always full of people, cows, and rickshaws. Our office is a bit of a tight squeeze, but it is where we do all our planning and paperwork. Construction in Jaipur, especially in the old city, is quite a challenge because of the space constraints. We spend a lot of our time figuring out how to get materials into places where trucks cannot go. It is a lot of manual labor and clever thinking. We are not some high-flying company with a big marketing budget. We are just local people who have been around this neighborhood for a long time. Our days are filled with the sounds of the bazaar and the constant chatter of the workers. We drink a lot of chai and spend hours looking at blueprints while the sun moves across the sky. It is a busy, messy, and loud way to work, but it is our life. We just keep our focus on the current job and try to make sure everything is solid before we move on.
