We have been organizing trips from this address for many years now. Most of what we do is planning out routes and making sure there is a place for people to stay when they go on their pilgrimages. The room is often filled with the smell of incense and old paper. We don't use much technology here, mostly just big notebooks and a landline that rings quite a lot. People come to us because they want to go on a journey, and we just help them figure out the logistics of it. It’s a very personal business. We know many of the families in Jawahar Nagar who have been using our services for a long time. There isn't any fancy decor, just some pictures on the walls and a lot of calendars. We take our time with everyone who walks through the door. It’s not about being fast. It’s about making sure everything is ready for the trip. We just do our part in this small corner of the city.
