Our office is tucked into the Krishna Square shopping center, specifically at D 214 in Subhash Nagar. Jhotwara is a big place, but this little pocket of Subhash Nagar feels like its own community. Being in a shopping center means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise from the other stalls and shops nearby. We like being on the ground level where we can see people heading out for their daily errands. The space inside is just enough for a few desks and some cupboards where we keep all our records. It isn't a high-rise corporate office, just a practical place to get work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just going over maps of the local area. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once, but we manage. The building itself is a bit older, so you might see a few cracks in the paint here and there. We don't mind it much. It feels lived in. We’ve been part of this shopping center for a while, and we’ve seen shops come and go while we stayed put. Our focus is just on the property developments happening around this side of the city. We keep the door open most of the day to let some air in. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we do our best thinking and planning for the projects we handle. Just a simple place for local property work.
