Shri Radha Govind Tools

Our shop, Shri Radha Govind Tools, is located right in the middle of the bustle at 1000 Chandpole Bazar. We are specifically on Bagru Walon Ka Rasta. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with shoppers and rickshaws. The shop is small and packed with all types of hand tools and hardware. We have been in this spot for years and the walls are covered with wrenches, pliers, and hammers of every size. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are inside at the same time. We don't use any complicated systems here. Just a handwritten book for sales and a good memory for where everything is stored. Sometimes we have to climb a ladder to reach a box that hasn't been touched in months. The air is always filled with the sounds of the bazaar. We know the other vendors nearby and we often look out for each other’s stalls. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people walking by or folks who have been coming to us for decades. It's a lot of standing and talking to people about what kind of bolt they need for their home repairs. We just keep at it, day after day, making sure the shop stays stocked with the basics. It is a long day but the work is steady and honest.
