We are based at 126 Ram Nagar Shopping Centre, right in the Shastri Nagar area. It’s a busy little spot with plenty of shops around us. Shri Kripa Dream Home Builders is basically just a few of us trying to help people get their houses built. The name might sound a bit fancy, but we are very down-to-earth people. We spend our time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors. Most days, we are out at sites checking on how the walls are coming along. It’s a lot of walking and standing in the sun. The office in the shopping centre is where we meet people to go over the numbers. It’s often a bit loud outside with the market, but we don't mind. We use simple English and don't try to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just want to make sure the house is strong and the roof doesn't leak. Building a home is a big deal for most people, and we take that seriously, even if we don't act all professional and stiff. We’ve had our share of mistakes over the years, but we always fix them. That’s how you learn in this business. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of projects. We prefer to take on a few at a time so we can actually pay attention to the details.
