Shri Khatu Shyam Realmart Limited Liability Partnership

Our office, Shri Khatu Shyam Realmart Limited Liability Partnership, is at number 300 on Ajmer Road. We are directly opposite the Hathroi School. It’s a very busy part of the road because of the school and all the shops around. We have been in this building for some time now. It’s a simple office space without any bells and whistles. We have some old chairs and a couple of desks where we do all our typing and phone calls. Being across from the school means we hear the bell and the kids throughout the day. It keeps the energy up. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the local real estate work. We keep our files in stacks on the shelves. Sometimes it’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. People stop by to ask about plots or flats in the area. We give them a seat and talk like normal neighbors. Ajmer Road is a main artery, so we see a lot of people passing by. We like the location because it’s easy for anyone to find. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound like a big firm. We are just a local partnership trying to stay busy. The office is small, but it’s enough for us to handle the daily grind. We’ve been here long enough to know the regular faces on this block of the street.
