Shri Durga Metal Finishers

Shri Durga Metal Finishers is located at Plot 58 in the Sudarshanpura Industrial Area. This isn't the kind of place you come to for a pleasant walk. It is an industrial zone through and through, filled with the sounds of heavy machinery and the smell of various chemicals. Our job is to take metal parts that other companies have made and give them the right finish. We have big vats where we do the plating, and it requires a lot of attention to make sure the timing is right. Our clothes are usually stained with various solutions, and the floor is always a bit damp from the rinsing process. We have been in this spot for many years, and we know the rhythms of the industrial area well. When the power goes out, which happens more than we'd like, we all just take a break and sit outside the gate until the motors can start up again. We do not have a fancy office for meetings. If a client wants to talk, we just stand near the tanks or sit on some plastic chairs in the corner. It is a gritty, tough job, but it is necessary for making sure metal doesn't rust or looks the way it should for the final product. We don't do any marketing or have a sales team. The work comes to us because we have been at Plot 58 doing this for a long time.
