Shri Bhanwarlal Tarachand Jain

Our shop, Shri Bhanwarlal Tarachand Jain, is located at Shop No 11 on New Sanganer Road. You can find us right opposite Metro Pillar No 85. The metro makes a lot of noise overhead, but we have gotten used to it. Sodala is a busy area of Jaipur and there is always something going on. We have been here for many years. It is a family name on the sign. Inside, it is mostly full of various goods that people use every day. We do not have a lot of space for fancy displays. Everything is kept where we can reach it quickly. The mornings are usually spent unloading crates. I like to keep the front of the shop clean. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions because of the metro pillar. We do not mind. It is a simple way to spend the day, talking to customers and weighing out items. My father started this and now I handle the daily work. We do not use any big machines or complicated systems. Just a pen and a notebook for most things. The light in the shop is a bit dim towards the back. We close up when the sun goes down and the streetlights come on. It is a decent life here in the heart of the city. We are just a regular part of the market and try to keep things moving.
