Shreya Buildstate Private Limited

Our office is at D20, Meera Marg in Banipark. Banipark is one of those older parts of the city with big trees and wide roads. It’s a nice place to work. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s a bit old, but it has character. Here at Shreya Buildstate Private Limited, we do building and real estate work. Most of our projects are scattered around the nearby neighborhoods. We aren't a huge firm. It’s just a handful of us sitting in these rooms with high ceilings. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and suppliers. It can be a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. Meera Marg is usually quiet, which is a nice change from the main city area. We don’t go in for much marketing. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just try to be honest about how long things will take and what the cost will be. There are always delays with construction, that’s just the reality of it. We try to handle the stress so the clients don’t have to. Sometimes we take a break and sit out in the small garden area we have. It helps clear the head. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the building trade over the years, but we just keep doing things our way. It’s a steady life and we’re content with it. The neighborhood has changed.
