Shreshtham Buildtech Private Limited is based out of 5, Dharam Enclave in the Khejro Ka Bas area of Mansarovar, Jaipur. Mansarovar is a pretty big residential hub, so there is always a lot going on around us. Our office is just a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It isn’t fancy, but it has everything we need to run our buildtech business. We spend most of our time dealing with contractors and making sure the building materials show up on time. The traffic in Jaipur can be a real nightmare, so we have to plan our site visits carefully. We don’t use any of those polished corporate phrases or big words. We just focus on the bricks, the cement, and getting the jobs finished. Some days are just filled with phone calls and trying to sort out delays, while other days we are out in the sun all afternoon. The weather gets incredibly hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans running and get on with it. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Jaipur for a long time, so we know the local scene pretty well. We don’t have any grand visions to talk about; we just want to do decent work and keep our heads down. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know how to do.
