We are Shreeyash Buildestate Llp, and our office is in Room 612 on the 6th floor of C1 Vaibhav Complex. That’s right in the middle of Vaishali Nagar in Jaipur. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at piles of files and site plans. Vaishali Nagar is a very busy area, so there is always a lot going on outside our windows. We handle a lot of real estate and building work, mostly focusing on plots and residential developments. It is a lot of running around, to be honest. One hour we are at the complex dealing with office work, and the next we are driving out to a site to check on the progress. We aren't a huge firm, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We don't have a polished corporate image; we just wear our regular clothes and get to work. The office can get a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in to report, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time talking to local authorities and making sure our projects are following the rules. It’s a lot of mundane tasks like checking ledger books and ordering truckloads of sand. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our projects moving forward without too many delays.
