We are set up over at E-11/B on Bihari Marg in the Bani Park area of Jaipur. SHREEDHAR INFRA DEVELOPERS LLP is the name on the door. Bani Park is a pretty well-known part of Jaipur, and we like being based here. It’s got a bit of history to it. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just where we sit down to figure out our developer projects. There are usually blueprints scattered around and half-finished cups of chai on the desks. We don't put on airs or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a go of it. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some thinking done. We've been on Bihari Marg for a bit now and know the local rhythms. Traffic in Jaipur can be a headache, but we manage. We aren't into big corporate slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home. People in the neighborhood know us as the infra guys from E-11/B. It’s a practical setup for what we do. No fluff, just the daily grind of planning and developing. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we’re still here in Bani Park, keeping at it. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time for that yet.
